Who is responsible

This site is operated by ProspectFoundries LLC, a Florida limited liability company, trading as Bali Coast Partners. Write to aseeliger@balicoastpartners.com about anything on this page.

What this site collects

If you fill in the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address and anything you write in the message field. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.

We use that information to answer your enquiry about this parcel and to carry on the conversation if you want one. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and, once a transaction is in view, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

If we contacted you first

We may have written to you without you contacting us. In that case we hold your name, your business email address and your role, taken from publicly available business sources such as company websites, professional networks and industry press. We use it to ask whether a single coastal parcel in Bali is of interest to you.

You can tell us to stop at any time and we will remove you the same day. Reply to any message with the word stop, or write to the address above.

Who else sees it

• Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this site and provides its analytics.
• The seller's side. If your enquiry is about buying, we pass your name, your email and your question to the leaseholder so they can answer it.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone else. We are based in the United States, so your information is processed there.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Analytics is Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data, which is why you are not being asked to consent to anything.

Because we do no cross-site tracking, we have nothing to respond to a Do Not Track browser signal with, and we do not allow third parties to track you across sites here.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we delete it when it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to our using it, or ask for it in a portable form. You can also complain to your national data protection authority. Ask us at the address above and we will not make it difficult.

Changes

If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we change this page and the date at the top of it. We will not apply a change retrospectively to information already collected without telling you.
